Your use and transactions on www.Woofern.com indicate that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and policies as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract binding you to these Terms. Your order will be fulfilled by Woofern Private Limited, and in no case will any of its affiliates, directors, representatives, officers, consultants, or employees be liable for any purchases made on this website, including but not limited to issuing invoices and delivering goods to recipients.

However, occasional unavailability may occur due to unforeseen events or maintenance requirements. By using Woofern, you acknowledge and understand this limitation. Woofern reserves the right to introduce new services or discontinue existing ones on its website. Additionally, Woofern retains the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion, for any reason. Such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website. We request that you review these terms every time you use or transact on this website.

Sellers/Partners
Woofern Private Limited sells both its own products and those from other companies on the website. Woofern Private Limited has the legal right to distribute third-party products to customers online. Additionally, Woofern Private Limited sells its own branded products on the website. However, Woofern Private Limited merely acts as an intermediary for the products it sells. Woofern supports Woofern Private Limited, a company involved in online sales. For the products it sells, Woofern Private Limited is solely responsible to the user for product quality, warranty, accuracy, on-time delivery, and any related complaints. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and the completion of transactions.

Product Listing and Pricing
The prices, descriptions, and availability of all products featured on the website are subject to change at any time. The sale of any products or services offered by Woofern and Woofern Private Limited may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time with or without prior notice. We strive to ensure that the content on our website is accurate. However, Woofern disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of the products or information on its website. The ability to purchase a product through the website depends on stock availability.

While we aim to provide competitive prices for our products, we cannot guarantee that our prices will be the lowest compared to other sources. Woofern retains the right to modify the product's price and other related information on the website without prior notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical errors, pricing errors, or information from suppliers, Woofern has the right to decline or cancel any such order, even after acceptance. In such cases, any charges made to your credit card will be refunded.

You authorize Woofern's representatives to visit your location for service provision related to your booking for Decoration or Instrumental Play. After making a booking and receiving payment, our representative will contact you to confirm the performance's date, time, and necessary arrangements. While we aim to provide a safe environment during services, we also advise you to exercise caution and respect your privacy. If you have any complaints or service issues, please contact us promptly. Complaints about these services will not be entertained after two hours of performance. It's your responsibility to obtain permission from the venue before performing. Failure to obtain such permission will result in service cancellation without refund. The product details (weight, size, color, etc.) provided with product images are approximations. Images and actual products may vary slightly.

Flower arrangements are handcrafted, so there may be slight variations from the images. On rare occasions, flower substitutions may be necessary due to supply challenges. Every cake we sell is handcrafted, and slight variations in appearance may occur. Occasionally, substitutions in flavors or designs may be necessary due to supply constraints, but we ensure that substitutions are of equal or greater value. The message on the free message card provided by Woofern may be printed or handwritten, depending on the delivery location.

Alternative/Substitution Policy
In case a product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you and offer an alternative. To ensure that your special occasion isn't affected, we provide alternative products if we're unable to reach you.

Payment Terms and Details
You agree to pay the Product Price, as well as any applicable taxes and delivery fees, for the goods or service ordered on our website. All Taxes (except those based on Woofern's income), fees, levies, and other government assessments arising from the purchase of goods and services (Taxes) not withheld by Woofern are your responsibility.

Late fees, not exceeding 1.5 percent per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, may be imposed on overdue payments. You are responsible for costs related to collecting overdue sums, including collection costs, legal fees, and court expenses. A "Convenience Charge" has been introduced by the company for the convenience of online product selection and ordering without visiting the physical store. This charge covers the handling of the company's systems and internet services.

Woofern accepts various forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Paypal, American Express Debit and Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Digital Wallets, and UPI. You affirm that while using a credit card or debit card for making purchases on the website, you are not doing so fraudulently and that you have the proper authorization to do so. You consent to provide accurate and valid card details for the transaction. You will be held responsible in the event of fraudulent card use, and it is solely your responsibility to "prove otherwise." Woofern disclaims liability for any transaction carried out without your knowledge or consent. The cardholder assumes full responsibility for transactions and charges made on their account. We accept both Domestic and International credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
Woofern reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons. We may cancel orders due to factors like restrictions on purchase quantity, product/pricing errors, or credit department requirements. We will contact you prior to canceling any order.

Orders placed on the same day are processed immediately and typically cannot be changed or canceled. However, if you need to modify or cancel an order, you can contact us at contact@woofern.com. We will attempt to accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not been prepared or scheduled for delivery. Orders already prepared or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any other changes or cancellations.

User Details/Information
Upon successful registration on the website, you will receive a password and account designation. You are responsible for all activities under your password or account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify Woofern immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Failure to do so may result in loss or harm for which Woofern is not liable.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or block access to your membership on the website and deny access if information provided by you is inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, or if it does not comply with these Terms of Use.

Communication With Us
By using the website and registering, you agree to receive communications from us via email, SMS, or other forms of electronic, verbal, or physical communication, as per the conditions of use and your registration. Woofern may communicate with you using these methods, satisfying legal communication requirements.

In certain cases, we may contact the recipient before delivery. If you wish to prevent such contact, please inform our Customer Care at contact@woofern.com.

Returns and Refunds
Refunds are granted in valid cases. Please inform us promptly if you receive damaged or faulty products. Contact us at contact@woofern.com between 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Our representative will require information about the delivered product or flaws to expedite resolution.

We provide refunds for genuine cases of defective or damaged goods. In case of wrong product delivery, we will either replace it or refund the cost.

Payment and Shipping Policies
Woofern strives to deliver products according to your chosen delivery option. The chosen delivery address will determine delivery time. We offer Fixed Time Deliveries and Free Deliveries. Fixed Time Deliveries come with a small fee, clearly indicated on the website. However, delivery time is subject to factors outside our control, like weather conditions or courier delays. We will proactively communicate any delays.

Occasionally, flower arrangements may include full, half, or bud stage blooms. Cakes are delivered once due to their perishable nature. Alternative delivery addresses are not allowed.
Please place orders at least five days before significant events. Deliveries of hand-delivered and courier-delivered items are separate.

Midnight Deliveries
Delivery takes place between 11 PM and 11.59 PM on the chosen date, subject to Shipping Disclaimer conditions. Select the delivery date one day in advance.

Fixed-Time Deliveries
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Delivery will occur within +60 or -60 minutes of the chosen time, based on shipping disclaimer conditions.

Delivery at Hostels and PGs
For delivery to PGs and hostels, provide complete details including contact numbers. The recipient should coordinate to receive the delivery at the gate.

Deliveries at Hospitals
When delivering to hospitals, include complete hospital details and the recipient's room number. Understand hospital policies, as some patients cannot receive flowers.

Deliveries at Hotels
For hotel deliveries, include hotel name, address, and recipient's room number. If the recipient is unavailable, the order will be left at the reception.

Deliveries at Wedding Halls
For wedding halls, we'll ensure the delivery reaches a designated host.

Delivery Caution
Inspect delivered goods before signing the receipt. Report damaged products within four hours. Cosmetic damages may not be eligible for refunds.

Surprise Gift
When selecting "Keep as Surprise," we'll deliver the order discreetly. If the recipient rejects the order, sender information will be revealed. If the recipient refuses, the order is deemed complete.

Non-delivery of Products
We make one delivery attempt for your order. Additional attempts may be subject to extra fees. Failure to accept delivery will result in charges, and a second delivery won't be attempted.
